With a Renovation Remortgage, we offer your client the opportunity to switch their mortgage to Progressive and borrow additional funds in order to make structural renovations to their home.
At Progressive, we can offer your client:
- 2 and 5 year products available
- We will lend up to 85% of the completed valuation
- £250 cashback
- Free valuation
- Up to 3 stages permitted
- Can advance up to 75% while work is in progress

- Available for repayment mortgages only

We review all our cases and the needs of your clients individually and we underwrite all cases locally in our branches throughout Northern Ireland.
If your client would like to carry out smaller home improvements, such as new windows or upgrading their kitchen, we can still help by offering your client one of our other remortgage products.
