We are pleased to share our new mortgage package with you, which is effective from 1 December 2022.
You will note the main changes are as follows:
• Standard Variable Rate increased to 6.99% (from 6.49%) from 1st December 2022
• All variable rate products amended to reflect new SVR
• Holiday home product details added to Notes section
