Please find attached our revised mortgage package which will take effect from 14th November 2018.
You will note the main changes are as follows:
- Variable rate at 60% and 90% for house purchase improved
- Selected 2 Fixed rates for house purchase improved
- Variable rate at 60% for Remortgage improved
- Variable rate at 85% for Remortgage amended
- All fixed rate end dates extended by 2 months to February
- Variable rate at 60% for product switches improved
As usual the changes have been highlighted in red on the Mortgage Package attachment which is available in the Literature section.
