We are pleased to share our new mortgage package with you, which is effective from 1st May 2022.
You will note the main changes are as follows:
- Standard Variable Rate increased to 5.00% (from 4.75%) from 1st May 2022
- Variable products amended
- Selected fixed rate products amended
- APRCs recalculated to reflect change in reverting rate
