To assist family members with house purchase, we have launched two new guarantor mortgages. These are 3 Year Discount products; 3.75% up to 85% LTV and 4.25% up to 90% LTV, with no arrangement fee and a free valuation. Affordability assessed for the applicants must cover at least 90% of the amount of the advance. The products are located under all borrower types in the products section of the website.
