We are pleased to share our new mortgage package with you, which is effective from 11 January 2023.
You will note the main changes are as follows:
- Fixed rate products @ 60% LTV for house purchase improved
- Fixed rate products @ 60% LTV remortgage improved
- SVR will increase to 7.29% from 1 February 2023
