We are pleased to share our new mortgage package with you, which is effective from 1st May 2023.
You will note the changes are as follows:
- Standard Variable Rate increased to 7.84% (from 7.59%) from 1st May 2023 – this is in response to the Bank of England Base Rate change on 23rd March.
- All variable rate products amended to reflect new SVR
- APRCs recalculated to reflect change in reverting rate
