We are pleased to share our new mortgage package with you, which is effective from 20th November 2023. You will note the main changes are as follows:
The changes to the package relate to the 90% First Time Buyers 2 Year Products where we have made some great rate reductions.
Please note that our 90% Product is exclusively available to First Time Buyers and excludes new build properties.
