We are pleased to share our new mortgage package with you, effective from 7th October 2024. You will note the changes are as follows:
• Selected fixed & discounted variable rates for House Purchase & Remortgage improved
• Selected fixed & discounted variable rates for Foreign Currency House Purchase & Remortgage improved
• Selected fixed & discounted variable rates for Product Transfers improved
• Self Build rates have been increased by 0.25%
