We are delighted to announce that you will soon be able to switch your client’s mortgage product online with Progressive Building Society.
By using our online service, you can:
- Switch your client’s mortgage product online
- View documents relating to your client’s product switch online
- Contact us online about your client’s mortgage
Why should I switch my client’s mortgage product online?
- It’s quick and easy to switch online;
- You can carry out the product switch at a time that’s convenient for you;
- It will help you prepare for your appointments;
- It will save you time;
- We will continue to pay the product switch procuration fee.
We are currently piloting this new system, which we hope to roll out fully in Q1 2021. At this stage, the process is for straightforward product switches only. If your clients want to make a capital repayment, change term, or apply for additional borrowing, then you will need to contact your branch first. We will be delivering these additional features in a later phase.
How to register for our online service
As this system is being piloted, we will contact you when it’s time for you to register for our new online service. At this point, you’ll receive an email inviting you to register and start using the online service.

Step 2 – Retrieve your client’s mortgage by entering a few details. View their current mortgage, and new products available to them
Step 3 – Select the product you have chosen for your client
The product switch is complete! You can sit back, relax, and we will do the rest.
